SupplyExit operates as a structured inventory brokerage network.

We facilitate transactions between sellers and wholesale buyers. We are not a marketplace, auction platform, or automated bidding system.

We do not take ownership of inventory unless explicitly stated in writing.

SupplyExit acts as an intermediary unless otherwise agreed in a formal written contract.

Buyers pay sellers directly. Sellers pay SupplyExit commission according to agreed terms.

Commission structure is outlined in a separate agreement prior to transaction.

Standard structure:

• $500 flat fee for transactions under $5,000

• 10% commission for transactions above $5,000

Commission may vary depending on scope and complexity.

Commission is due after seller receives funds.

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions of:

• Product condition

• Packaging type

• Quantity

• Restrictions (online / offline resale limitations)

SupplyExit may conduct quality checks (QC) but does not guarantee perfection or future resale performance.

All inventory is sold as-is unless otherwise stated.

Buyers are responsible for:

• Conducting their own due diligence

• Verifying resale permissions

• Arranging pickup and logistics unless otherwise agreed

SupplyExit does not guarantee resale success or profit margins.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Buyers arrange pickup

• Shipping costs are not covered by SupplyExit

• Timing must be mutually coordinated

Warehouse access conditions are determined by the seller.

Inventory lots are allocated to the party that confirms purchase under agreed terms.

SupplyExit reserves the right to prioritize confirmed offers.

We do not operate public bidding systems.

SupplyExit shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Lost profits
• Third-party disputes
• Warehouse or shipping damage
• Regulatory issues in buyer’s resale market

Our role is limited to structured facilitation.

Transaction details, pricing, and partner information are confidential.

Re-distribution of private deal terms is prohibited without written consent.

We may collect:

• Name

• Company name

• Email

• Phone number

• Inventory lists

• Transaction-related documentation

We do not collect payment card data.

Information is used to:

• Evaluate inventory

• Match buyers

• Coordinate transactions

• Improve communication

We do not sell personal data.

Information may be shared with verified buyers strictly for transaction purposes.

We do not share data for marketing resale.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect business data.

However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

We may use:

• Secure document storage platforms

These providers operate under their own privacy policies.

We may use basic analytics tools to improve website performance.

No sensitive financial information is tracked via cookies.
